Our Legacy
Before the parkway street lights and the crowds, there was a forge on the river and a family who called this land home. The Delozier family has lived and worked in Pigeon Forge since the days when carrier pigeons still filled the skies.
Generations of Grit, Faith & Family
From Humble Roots to Lasting Legacy
Back then, Pigeon Forge wasn’t a destination. It was a way of life that demanded grit, faith, and perseverance. The land gave back only what you worked for, and our family worked hard. From those humble beginnings on the original farm, we began building something lasting. Today, that legacy lives on through each of our Smoky Mountain experiences – Three Bears General Store, Pigeon Forge Gem Mine, Sawyer’s Farmhouse, and Honeybear Hideaways. Generations later, we’re still doing what we were taught: serve with heart, lead with integrity, and treat every guest like family.
But we’ve never lost sight of where it started.
Built to Last, Not to Follow
Our legacy is not the number of locations, but the lives we impact. The guests who return year after year, the team members who grow into leaders, the families who feel at home the moment they walk through our doors. We’re not here to follow trends. We’re here to build something that lasts.
